Appointments & Walk-Ins
We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time, but walk-ins are always welcome based on availability. Call us to book your appointment and ensure the best service time for you.

Cancellations & No-Shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please get in touch with us at least 1 hour before your appointment.

Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may need to reschedule or accept a shortened service. Please call ahead if you're running behind.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on services. If you're unsatisfied, let us know within 72 hours, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue. After 4 days, we are unable to offer free adjustments or fixes.

Hygiene & Safety
Your health is our priority. All tools and stations are properly sanitized between clients for a safe and clean experience. For eyelash extension services, clients will be required to complete a brief health and consent form before the treatment begins.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They never expire and can be used toward any service or product.
